Dell Datasafe Online Backup

Hi,

I have never got Dell Datasafe to sucesfuly run a backup but finding any help on it is near impossible.  Does anyone know of a number I can call to cancell it and get my money back, I no longer have my password and the 'forgot password' link does nothing.  Any help would be hugely appreciated.
