Dell Power Manager, uninstall/reinstall
* The AC power adapter must be connected to the laptop
* Uninstall the currently installed Dell Power Manager Service and/or the Windows Store Dell Power Manager
* When done, restart the laptop
* Download/Save the 3.9.0 Dell Power Manager Service to the Windows desktop
* Right click the "saved" file on the Windows desktop, choose "Run as administrator". Follow the prompts
* When done, restart the laptop
* Retest Dell Power Manager
