Dell software auto driver update fails, workaround

The first steps are to uninstall both SA (Support Assist) and DUA (Dell Update Application). Restart the PC when done. Reinstall both, restart the PC when done and retest.

If you still have the issue, you can use this workaround =

* Go here and enter the private Service Tag
* Click the blue Search button
* Click Drivers & Downloads
* Under the blue button "Check for Updates", click Find drivers
* Change the Operating System to match your operating system
* Toggle to on, "Show downloads for only THIS PC". This will show you the current drivers needed for your PC
