Inspiron 15R (N5110, Early 2011) Dell Software Delete?

I have an Inspiron 15R (N5110, Early 2011).
My question is, can I safely delete certain Dell Software programs? 

Dell Software I want to delete and never use.

1. Dell DataSafe Local Backup (Hasn't worked since I bought it)

2. Dell DataSafe Local Backup-Support Software

3. Dell Digital Delivery

4. Dell MusicStage

5. Dell PhotoStage

6. Dell Stage (Stopped working since Win 10 install)

7. Dell Support Centre
