Had to install new hard drive and software due to bad hd. How do I reinstall Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student edition? Do I have to buy?

If you had an activated copy, and the product key, you can download the version you had from Microsoft and use your product key to activate it.
If you don't have the product key you are out of luck and will have to buy it again.
