Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010
On 12/5/2012 I purchased a Microsoft Office 2010 software (order Order number removed per privacy policy>) and I received the product key for the download. Well, it only downloaded the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint but not the rest (Access, OneNote, Outlook and Publisher). I made my last payment this month and still don't have it all. I really want the Outlook because without it I can't send email from my computer. What am I to do?
Thank you,
Linda Howard Email id removed per privacy policy>

Hi Linda,
Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 gives you the tools you need to complete school and home projects efficiently, from creating outstanding class presentations to managing household finances. It includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. The license does not include Access, Publisher and Outlook. For further information, please visit the following link:

You will need to purchase a separate license for Outlook 2010, as it is not part of Office Home and Student 2010.
