Microsoft Works on Vista... please help
As with many people the new computer that I have with windows vista home premium only has Microsoft Works Word Processor so I had to install Word (the 2002 version). My computer still tries to open word documents with the Works program and doesn't give me the option to open it with Word, which makes me have to download the file, save it to a folder, open it with works and then save it in the .doc format in order to re-open it in Word. Does this make sense and can you help me?

Try this, Open My Documents, Right click on one of your documents, Select Open With, Highlight Word 2002, Tick Box that says, Allways use the selected program to open this kind of file.
