Problem with my sensible fast access sofrware

I purchased my dell XPS 14 last year. Sensible fast access software came pre installed on it. It was working fine, till I updated it. Now I have version 3.1.83 intalled on my laptop. The problem is that it does not record picture exept of my last login, even if I had ticked on record picture in advaced settings. Every time I wanted to see the pictures of last logins, I am able to see only the last login pic. Can anybody please tell me what the problem is? I am a bit naive in terms of computer literacy.
