dell datasafe local backup

Question

Hi Community I have tried and failed  to uninstall the dell datasafe local backup for the following reason; the pop up won't go away. I have tried to select the 'remind me later' and 'don't remind me' multiple times with no results. The pop up will slide down and disappear for 30 seconds then return. I don't know what else to try, except a hammer.
