dell media experience
When i receieved my computer, I loaded a new operating system on, and I lost dell media experience. Is there any way i can get it back?

I too have had to re-image my machine due to HD problems. I had purchased the Dell Media Experience with my machine, but lost it after the re-image. I called dell and of course was transfered 5 times just to find out that they will not send me out the CD or assistance even though I had paid for the software when I purchashed the machine. Can anyone assist me in aquiring this software ?
