Exam showing invalidated

I have cleared exam 210-020 VCE Vblock Compute but after 2 days it was showing me as pass certmetrics.com/dellemc/ but suddenly showing invalidated and even I did not received any score report from Pearson Vue.

In Pearson Vue under my DELL EMC profile , exam history is showing this exam and status showing Pending.

I don't know what happen ?
