Issue on E20-385 (Domain Implementation Engineer Exam)

Question

Hi All,   I have studied for this exam couple of months now.  i read and studied all the referenced reviewers and on demand videos given by dell aside from that i really put it into work. Last week. i took the exam when i saw the questions i was really happy as it was really the things that i learn so i finished the exam quickly then i was surprised that my score was 30% only. i was really shocked and devastated as im really sure of my answers. i called Pearson vue support and told me that they dont have the access to verify my score and referred me to dell education support. After i contacted them they did give much attention to it as they only said 'that my score was calculated correctly and its impossible for it to have an issue on results'. after i saw that i started to prepare for the exam again earlier i took it again, this time i reviewed my answers 3 times and out of the 61 items i got 55 sure answers but then again the result came and i only got 41% it was really devastating. is there anyone experienced the same issue as i. or anyone know a hotline that i can contact. thank you

Hi Framz,

How did it go with emc support? did they revalidate your score?

I experience the same today where I'm pretty sure with 80 percent of my answers but still got a low mark.

I faced a similar problem with the exam . i took the exam when i saw the questions i was happy as it was really the things that i learned so i finished the exam quickly then i was surprised that my score was 40% only. I'm pretty sure with 80% of my answers were correct , but still failed.
