4600 rack rails
I just picked up a pair of rapid rails for my 4600. the thing is the 4600 is a 6U box and the rails take up 6-1/2U's (so, 7U) in the rack. is this normal, or do i have the wrong rails?

The rail kit for the PE4600 is 6U in front and 2U in the rear. My first thought is that you don't have the rail kit installed in the correct U space. Give me a call if you are still having issues.
