Can't Detect Hard Disk
I replace this Hard Drive 3 day ago when my old Hard drive is the predictive failure, but this hard drive showing this problem I can't understand what with wrong this Hard Drive. all Hard drive is the same RPM my Server model is PowerEdge R320

Ok13,
Verify that the server, raid controller, as well as the drives are all up to date and current. From there close and reopen OpenManage, if it is still doing the same thing then verify you are using the latest version of that as well.Lastly you can run a Consistency check as well.
