Dell Power Edge R620 Perc S110

Hi,

We bought a used Dell Power Edge R620 it came without any instructions how to install or anything. I looked all post and what i can find on the internet but still cannot find a solution. The original setup was with SATA Settings Embedded SATA set to AHCI i changed that to RAID. Now i am able to see the raid controller before this i was not but i cannot login the raid controller to configure with the CRTL+R. Also the lifecycle controller is not available only the F2 and the F1 is available. In the start there is no splash screen with the dell logo this is the first screen what i get.

If i push F2 there is also less option available i think i can go only to IDRAC,BIOS,DEVICE Setup. In the Devices i can see only the PERC S110 nothing else.It says BIOS NOT INSTALLED, and also says  there is missing Integrated Network Card 1. But it's enabled in the BIOS. I cannot install an operating system or anything because it cannot find the hard disks. All is connected to the raid controller. They are  1.2 TB 6G 10K SAS 2.5" Hot Swap 6 piece. But i didn't touch the hardware it came here how it is now. I attached pictures what i can see. I can only boot from usb a live operating system and from it i tried to install drivers and what i found but nothing worked for me. Please anyone has a solution for my problem ?

I cannot go in the Lifecycle Controller also. Once the system randomly showed me the Lifecycler Controller option and then i was able to log in but here i also stopped in the config because it detects no the integrated network card.  This was the second step after the language and the keyboard. Now i booted a live windows and downloaded drivers, firmwares in this and try to install from this the updates i dont know if it is good. Okey i willtry out to update to this version what you linked to me. I updated everything now i get again once the normal boot screen when i would like to go in the Lifecycle Controller but it gives me fatal error i push F10 then comes the same screen what i placed before. (And first time when i get the normal boot with all F2 F10 etc., the Fatal Error caused System reset and same screen)The version 3.0.0.0139 was by default i didnt touched it.

today I just ran into this exact same problem with an R620 I got used as well.  There is REALLY no information about this problem.  the perc just will not recognize the drives in there and I have no idea why it would say a bios is not installed.

I even got into the idrac and see there is a bios there.  However when I try to click on storage in there I only see an error
"RAC0503: There are no out-of-band capable controllers to be displayed. Check if the host system is powered off or shutdown."

I have explored everyting on this machine an I cannot get this perc to see the drives.  These are ssd drives.  on boot I can see the drives are there.  How frustarting is this...

does anyone have any idea what the H is going on?

I also bought an R620 and I get the very same errors. One thing I noticed is that inside my case where the HBA cable connects to the motherboard I am missing the card that goes there. In every picture online and Youtube video I see a card populated in that slot but in mine it's missing.

Did somebody snipe the HBA card from my unit and I never noticed when I bought it? I get into the DELL PERC S110 Configuration Utility and it says 0 drive count even though I have 0 through 3 populated with drives.

Turns out I'm an idiot. After researching the service tag it turns out this unit shipped with the PERC H310 controller card and the 8 x 2.5 backplane. Looks like someone snatched the card at some point but left the backplane which isn't recognized by the on-board PERC S110 software RAID controller. Womp womp. Looks like I'm buying myself an H310.

Also, it shipped with the ReadyRails but those were gone too.
