Dell R310 with H700
Hello,
I have a Dell R310 and I just upgraded the Perc 6i raid controller to a H700 that came with a battery. In the R310 chassis, there isn't really any room to mount the raid battery.
Question, do I really need the raid battery and if I don't need to have it attached to the H700, what is the impact?
What would you recommend if I do need to have the battery attached given the lack of room and space in the R310?
