Hi,
Is there a reason you are not using A02? http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=HPK76&fileId=3563266011&osCode=XI60&productCode=poweredge-r230&languageCode=en&categoryId=EC
The error could be a bad media error. It doesn’t seem to be reading the files correctly.
