GPU Installation in 12th or 13th Gen Servers

Hi all, I am a long time watcher, first time poster.

I am looking to install Tesla K80s/Grid K1/Grid K2 into either 12th or 13th Gen Dell servers but cannot figure out how to do this. I want to create a proof of concept 'high performance computing' server but am unsure of how to proceed.

Looking through the forums I am seeing 'GPU Enablement Kits' needed etc, minimum RAM, specific CPU requirements etc and now I am very confused! I can install a Tesla K80 into an R720/R730 but cannot find a suitable cable to plug in for power. Do I need to install specific drivers as well?

I have searched through forums, spoken to Nvidia online chat and watched numerous videos on YouTube

Please can someone advise on what I need/need to do
