Not sure what the OSCAR menu is, but we are not able to move between the four servers and the display does not appear so that we could select another server.
The video chip is most likely defective and your switch will need to replaced since these have been discountinued since 2002. A typical switch should last you between7-10 years depending the environment on where it is located (Temperature) and condition. The outlook switches aren't reliable as the new KVM switches that use CAT5 technology but I still run in to customers who have a ton of these outlook switches that you have in there labs/datacenters which they have no issues with.

Are you unable to display the OSCAR menu or even flag to launch the OSCAR menu?
