Dell does not make a Tower to Rack Conversion Kit for the PE1900. The Maximum weight of this server is 110lbs so you will have to put it on a Heavy Duty Sliding Shelf, Dell P/N A0608912 or RackSolutions P/N 2USHL-130. If you don't want the server to slide out of the rack then use a Heavy Duty Fixed Shelf, Dell P/N A0355859 or RackSolutions P/N 1USHL-116. Give me a call if you have any questions.

Keep in mind that the 1900 does not fit sideways into a 19" rack, like the standard Dell 42 or 24U rack.  You must insert vertically, then rotate to horizontal position to get it in and out.

Can you explain what you mean by "rotate to horizontal position to get in and out"?

A "Heavy Duty Sliding Shelf" was suggested for the PE 1900 by RackSolutions. Are you saying that this would not work horizontally?

Sorry, I wasn't very clear.

Horizontally, the 1900 is too wide to fit into the rack.  To get it in the rack, you must have it standing vertically (as if it were in the tower position), then once in the rack rotate it to horizontal.  I don't think the sliding shelf would work unless you put it vertical (in the tower position) to get it in and out of the rack.
