To start what I would do is power down the server, remove the power cables, then hold the power button for 20 seconds to drain the flea power. Once done then open the server and located the NVRAM_CLR jumper, as seen below as #3. Once located then move the jumper over and then apply power to complete the NVRam clear, once completed then power back down, remove cables and restore the jumper. After the jumper is restored to its original location then close the cover and then reinstall the power cables, but wait 2 minutes before powering the server. Once all that is done then I would then make sure that the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac/LCC, and the power supplies (if available).
After updating then let me know if you see the issue reoccur.
