Is this what you are running?
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05020740M/2/BIOS_PYCXX_WN64_1.14.0_01.EXE
You can run this same package from the iDRAC console to upgrade it.
If you have let your iDRAC/LCC firmware get out of date, you may need to update that first.
You may also be able to download the SUU utility and run from within the Windows OS to update everything.

Yes, I am using the same BIOS file to update.
I am using iDRAC 6 so I cannot update the BIOS through it because it throws an error when I attempt it.
My iDRAC/LCC version is up-to-date.
What is 'SUU' utility?
