We run Server 2019 on R510 and R515 which are Dell 11.Gen Servers like yours. So just try it.

Thanks All. It was mainly driver support I was concerned about. I loaded it on and all hardware was found and has had drivers installed. The T310 is only for my home lab anyway. It runs so much faster with 2019 than it did with 2008 Rs.
