Poweredge 650 PSU #HP-U230EF3 Pinout

Hello

I have a Poweredge 650 1U rack with a presumed dead PSU. I am trying to trouble shoot with another 24 pin ATX PSU and can't find the pinout for the Dell power supply. Is the extra Ground at pin #17 for the power circuit? Are the exra wires in some of the pins (doubled up) for power monitoring or part of the circuit? 

If anyone has some info on the original PSU pinout, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
