ReadyRails II Sliding for R320 - are other DP/Na available than 09D83F?

Hey there,

are there any other sliding rails for the R320 apart from the 09D83F ones? E.g. will later types still fit or are these the only compatible option?

Unfortunately, I had no possibility to contact DELL support by e-mail, so I have to bother the community with this inquiry. That is quite poor service - to completely refuse any type of e-mail service for out-of-warranty products. I would understand if your e-mail will be assigned a low priority status, but no e-mail communication at all

These are the sliding rails I see for the R320. You may be able to contact sales in your region to see if they have these, or others that I don't see, available.

Hello Charles,

Thank you for your reply (and excuse my late one).

I stumbled across some other - apparently compatible- rails, namely the 0MCTG4 0Y4DJC ones (I don’t know if the two D P/Ns refer to the inner and outer rail).

Since I am still offshore, it might be one or two months until I can confirm their compatibility with a R320, but I’ll try to keep you updated.
