Hello, I have tried looking through old post for the solution but haven't found one, so here goes I have a PE R730 server that needs it firmware upgraded, current Bios version 2.1.7. Using DELL Repository Manager V3.3.0.627 on another server, I have created a bundle for Linux (version 720) and exported this to an SUUImage.iso. Connecting to the old PE R730 server via the iDRAC8 and launching the lifecycle controller, I have created a virtual media device and assigned it to the Virtual CD. I have then selected Firmware update via local drive(CD or DVD or USB). Local drive is CDROM (Virtual CD) and path \repository. This eventually comes back with an Error. 'Update Packages missing in the repository. (SUP0539)' The IDRAC and Lifecycle was version 2.30.30.30, and I have upgraded this to 2.61.60.60 I cannot use the ftp option as this server is on a network with no internet access. Any help gratefully received

I think I have sorted it out. I created a smart bootable ISO in repository manager. Then used that several times while checking the Lifecycle logs.

During the process IDrac was upgraded to 2.70.70.70, then on the third or fouth reboot the Bios was upgraded to version 2.11.0
