No, they are not available for download. If it is OEM and the system is under warranty you can request downgrade media from warranty support. If it is available for downgrade to the version you are requesting then it should be possible to send the disc and key if necessary.
If it is a retail operating system then you should review Microsoft's site for downgrade procedures.
En OEM no hay downgrade, salvo que consultes a Soporte en garantía, como te dice el amigo forero. Pero si tienes una media de 2012 dvd estampada Dell (talvez de otro servidor) puedes instalarla en tu equipo y no te pedirá key, siempre y cuando tu servidor sea Dell.
