and yes its RP/SE
First, I zone it as single initiator and target (RPA port 0 zone with SP
port 0), then because its not working, I tried to put everything in one
zone (All RPA port 0 zone with SP port 0) and it still show the same
error. The san switch that I use is DS5100B with fw 6.4.1a.Is the problem
coming from san switch?

Try this. Create one zone with all RPA ports and both CX ports in that zone.
In other words, on switch A, create a zone with rpa1-p0, rpa2-p0, spa0 and spb1 PWWN's. Do the same thing on the other switch (rpa1 p1, rpa2 p1, spa1 and spb0).
