I skipped the folowing step since I was on 6.7 U3, I didn't think it applied since I'm not on 6.7 U1. I think I'll try that.
"If you are using (or upgrading to) vCenter Server 6.7 U1, and upgrading from 5.2.x to 5.3.x, and planning to manage your system with the vSphere HTML5 plugin or the new REST API, deploy and configure an HTML5 plugin server for each vCenter Server."

Hmm,

Hi @TN_bosco,
After upgrading to RP4VMs 5.3, granted you're running vSphere 6.7U1 or later, you'll need to deploy the plugin server and configure it in RP4VMs through the Deployer (configure plugin server wizard in the deployer - https:// >) and then you'll see the H5 plugin showing up.
