Recover Point with Exchange 2003

Can some one please help us?
We are running Recover Point for Exchange Data Store LUN and it¿s replicated to our DR site. What method should we use to bring our Exchange DR up with this replicated Data Store? We do not replicate OS.

I would recommend to issue at least once a day a KVSS against your Exchange DB's. This will create a VSS copy of your database for easier and cleaner recovery.
