Reboot the RPA and press CTRL+R. Re-initialize the virtual disk. Insert the DVD and reboot the RPA.

Hello, "ctrl+r" was in gen 4. In gen 5 its "ctrl+g" but doesn't do anything. Im not able to access to raid utility. I think we will send RP to EMC again... Its something wrong with the machine.

Ah, that's right. Forgot about that. It is CTRL+G. Thanks.

Please let me know if you resolved this as I'm having the same problem on two of my RPAs.

Here is the procedure:
- On boot up hit F2 to enter bios
- Enter bios password
- Navigate to usb legacy and enable 60/64 emulation option
- Save
- Reboot
- On boot up enter Ctrl G
- Navigate to Intel and initialize the virtual disk
- Insert DVD with iso if local to the RPA
