Recoverpoint for VM -- poor init performance

Question

Hi expert, I just built a POC RP4VM CRR environment, each site has two vRPA;s,  the size of each vRPA  is 4vCPU/8G,  WAN connection is 1000Mbps(LAN speed actually), the link policy is low compression with no deduplication(default setting), but when monitor the network, the highest init speed is only 3MB/s, what is the issue? There's only one test CG esixt.
