There are few options but at the end of the day, consistency is key. This can be achieved using CGs or Group Sets w/ parallel bookmarking. For Group Sets, note that SRM cannot test/failover a group set (and it cannot guarentee one of these bookmarks are used unless VSI for RP management is used), only CG so I would advise to use CGs here and to plan the CG fanout to best suit performance (production write workload), consistency. Then SRM configuration would need to be set accordingly.
