Virtual Machine Already Protected

Question

Hi All, I have a problem about protect VM with RecoverPoint for VMs. I want to protect VM but on protect window showing the error message 'Cannot protect a virtual machine that is already protected', but when i check on dashboard RecoverPoint for VMs (Plugin) the VM is not yet protected. I just remember that the VM is already protected before, but i unprotect because request from my customer and now i want to protect again but error with message above. Can anyone explaine me about this problem and how to resolve this problem? Thank you

Hello ridhwanalmaruf,
