Virtual Machine Already Protected
Hi All,
I have a problem about protect VM with RecoverPoint for VMs.
I want to protect VM but on protect window showing the error message "Cannot protect a virtual machine that is already protected", but when i check on dashboard RecoverPoint for VMs (Plugin) the VM is not yet protected.
I just remember that the VM is already protected before, but i unprotect because request from my customer and now i want to protect again but error with message above.
Can anyone explaine me about this problem and how to resolve this problem? Thank you

Hello ridhwanalmaruf,
If you right click on the VM do you have the option to protect it? Which version of recover point are you running, and which version of vmware are you using? Here is a link to a kb that maybe of assistance. https://dell.to/45pc97o
