I know version 5.3.2 support esxi and vcenter 6.5 but i want to know can i use this version with esxi 6.5 and vcenter 7 ?

You should be able to use Vcenter7, however we have not tested it yet to be sure that it will work without any issues.

That is indeed supported. RPVM 5.3 supports vSphere 6.5 and later, including 7.0U2.
Have a look at the RP4VMs 5.3.x ESSM.
