Hello Balasz - there is a difference between syncing and mirroring (which is what happens after the specification is in sync). Incremental sync will always send the complete file over; incremental in this case means that it will not send over every single file, but only that have changes (it is the incremental sync of the specification, not the file!). Once the specification is in sync, mirroring starts - and mirroring replicates just the operations that are done on the files.
So the behavior you are seeing is expected, and sync is something that you should be doing rarely, or only once in ideal world.

Thanks for you answer. I figured out finally that mirroring and syncing are two completely different things. I'm afraid the documentation is quite poor on this topic..
