When it is a failover in windows2003, gratuitous arp packet is transmitted. Therefore, there is no problem in the connection of the client.
When it is a failover in Windows2008, gratuitous arp packet is not transmitted. It may be a issue peculiar to windows2008. This is a cause of this phenomenon.
HotFix was released. However, this HotFix was offered to only me. You send an email to the address of my profile if you want to solve this problem immediately.

Specifications of the gratuitous ARP packet seem to have changed in Windows2008,Vista.
Can't deal with this in AutoStart and RepliStor
I reported this issue.
The HA product of other vendors can deal with this.
EMC is behind with working.
