RM - Mount Snapshot - VM

Hi, im trying to use RM with a VM-Fileserver for consistent NTFS. RM works fine on a VM, the agents on the fileserver are installed, job is generated. When i run the job i get this error: 29.06.2012 20:17:12 DEGTEST 000382 ERROR: For physical host: No storage group could be located for host DEGTEST on storage array CKM00120700514. Add a storage group for DEGTEST with at least one LUN from CKM00120700514. For virtual host: Snapshot devices and clones need to be pre-exposed to the virtual machine. What does this mean for me? Can anyone explain me this? Many thanks. Markus

Which replication S/W do you using now? Depending on the serial number 'CKM00120700514' , replica volumes are stay on CX4, I guess. MirrorView...? SnapView..? RecoverPoint...?  Which one?

Hi, we use two VNX5300 arrays. No CX4. We use SnapView of a VMware RDM mounted on virtuell Win2008 R2.
