Unable to connect to Secure Connect Gateway virtual Edition troug the web browser- can ping

It has Failed to upgrade Support Assist to Secure Connect Gateway, so i have downloaded the Virtual Edition. I have setup the network and I can ping the appliance, but cannot connect trough the: https://:5700. There is no firewall in place, all locally. Please advise..

I also have Same Issue - upgraded  the SCG from 5.0 to 5.12 ,  but unable to connect to https://localhost:5700   after reboot

Site can not be displayed.

after leave it for 4 hours , and it return normal , can view the webpage now . but all my setting gone .

still have problem with my SCG  , not able to show gateway host detail , all under N/A , not able to connect to my SMTP server .

I may suggest to reach out contacting support to raise a ticket to check on your upgrade process. They will need to enable debugging and check the SCG logs.

It has Failed to upgrade Secure Connect Gateway from 5.12.00 to 5.14.00.10 automatically by WEB GUI , so I have downloaded the update by SSH command and run upgrade without warning or error. But https://ipv4:5700 now is inaccessible. Also all docker and esrs services all OK. I can ping ipv4 non external firewall. Locally on Virtual Machine appliance in SSH access with root user netstat port 5700 and 9443 and 443 are listening
