We have 2 devices to be managed in ESRS Gateway and Policy Manager 6.6.

I'd like to know if a document with bests practices for management and configuration of user profiles and roles is available somewhere!

I try to know what are the roles and profiles needed to properly start the management of our device.

We are interested in using Ask For Approval for remote access.
