ESRS - SSL: general error?
what do you means by below error -
Server error (Error indicates a problem in communication with the server.):
SSL: general error (An unexpected error occurred during (or upon establishing) SSL-enabled communication with the server.)
Enterprise server: https://esrs-core.emc.com/eMessage.
how to resolve this issue.

This is a error when a Gateway goes missing where SLC can not find the gateway.
Steps to establish Gateway connectivity would be to check customer network connections, this can be established by running the CECT tool and resolve any errors found, a first step since the gateway is missing is to reboot the Gateway Server and check that the services are running.
Once that has been completed re-establish the SSL connection.
