error when updating idrac from iso it asks me the following: enter passphrase for encrypte

good morning community I am trying to install the windows server 2016 OS on my powerge R320 but when I install it after creating the raid I get an error and it asks me to update the lifecycle I have tried to update it by usb and it marks an error by ftp the same download the bootable iso, everything loads well to the point that it asks me the following "enter passphrase for encrypted config file" I don't know what the password is because if I enter Calvin or anyone else it gives me an error and restarts without being able to update anything could you please help me
