Hello,
In my mind it's normal.
After the ingestion of the pst file, juste cut&paste this new folder in the UDF folder !
MAybe another EMC expert can verify it with you.

THat is also not what I expected, but that is the way it works.
A new folder is created in the users mailbox user using the PST file name.
You can move them as you see fit after the fact or you can rename the PST beforehand to whatever you want it called.
