Hi

Yes, I installed the 64 bit Offline Access client on Win7 x64.  Office 2010 is of course also 64bit.

Did you install then32 or 64 bit version of the client on the 64 bit os?

Keep in mind the 64 bit version of the client is for the 64 bit version of Outlook

I had this same error with 32-bit Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 64-bit.  And while searching for a fix came to this post so even though it is an old post I thought I should post the solution that worked in my case.   I resolved by clearing the custom forms cache.

In Outlook open File > Options > Advanced
Under Developers section choose Custom Forms; then Manage Forms
Click the Clear Cache button
