Hi Rajan
All users are part of the same mapped folder. There's only one. This is the only user having this problem
Thanks
Paul

Greetings,
Are these users member of a group that is added on the corresponding mapped folder with owner permission ?
If they are them make sure on master server there is no sync issue. It could be checked through EMC event log.

Hi Paul,
Try do add the user explicitly on the mapped folder and see if that helps. Alternatively if you cannot wait for overnight sync get EMC support to look into the issue. They have means to force sync of users on demand.
