Hello Rob9846,
There are a few factors that may cause this error:
1) You have Exchange System Tools installed on the workstation:
a. Uninstall the Exchange system management tools from the affected users machine:
- Search for MAPI32.dll and delete from the machine.
- Search for FixMAPI.exe and run it by double clicking on it. This will create a new MAPI32.dll file.
2) To resolve this try to reload the forms by deleting everything in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\ \Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS
This clears the previously downloaded forms and the Forms will be downloaded again
