15R 5520 Cd/DVD player will not play cds or dvds of any kind.
Hello, My computer is a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 and My CD/DVD has quit playing cd's and dvds. Nothing works when I put a disk in. I was wondering how do I fix the problem?

Hi Battleaxe84,
Have you tried testing your drive using the Dell diagnostics? This will tell you if you have a hardware issue that requires replacing the drive.
