Adding HDD to Studio XPS 8000, advice on Raid 0

Hi,

I have a Studio XPS 8000, Windows 7 Pro, i7 processor. I am thinking of adding a second HDD and setting it up as a Raid 0.

Any advice on how to backup the system so that the OS etc is exactly the same after the change to Raid 0?

I bought my desktop in France and Dell set up the Win 7 Pro OS with English in addition to French; I would hate to lose that when I re-install.
