Bluray disc not reading
blue ray disk on my xps 8100 is not reading any disk at all.
I have run the tool to identify the problem but drive ask me to put data disk for further test, but the drive cannot read the data disk.

Hi Vinodkunje,
Do you mean that you have run the Dell diagnostics? Is that the tool you used to test your drive?
