CD Burner error
I have aproblem burning CD's. Nero comes up with 'error' and Roxio gives the following info.,
Sense: 04 ASC: 09 ASCQ: 00 (Command 2A)

Px.dll: 3.4.45.500
PxAFS.DLL: 3.4.45.500
pxdrv.dll: 1.2.1.0
PxMas.dll: 3.4.45.500
PxSFS.DLL: 3.4.45.500
PxWave.dll: 3.4.45.500
pxwma.dll: 1.0.0.3
I have uninstalled and rebooted the drive and it still will not function. Any suggestions please.

Have you tried to replace the cd burner drive?

First off I would not run Nero and Roxio/Sonic together, they will interfere with each other. Second, have you updated your computer with the available updates from Windows Update and Dell? Especially the firmware for your CD-DVD drive? Thirdly, if you do decide to get rid of Sonic/Roxio, make sure to do a complete uninstall, as this is not as easy as it should be...check here..these instructions will help..
